As needed, Bonnie will bring in or recommend trusted and talented professionals to make sure your project has the appropriate resources in place to guarantee a successful outcome. Bonnie enjoys helping her clients with their online projects, and thrives on finding solutions to challenges that arise in the process. A main focus in all work is to create results that are clean, clear, consistent, accurate, and free of errors.

Bonnie has been creating and maintaining websites since 1995, and she's been an editor in one way or another since 1997. She started freelancing by doing side projects while working other positions (with titles like Web Director, Lead Developer, Project Manager, and Magazine Editor). In 2007, she turned her freelance work into her primary business focus, providing development and quality control services, while at the same time providing guidance and instruction to clients of those services.

Bonnie has a master's degree in instructional technology and a bachelor's degree in business administration (management). She is also a committed lifelong learner.
